Letter from the participants

Dear Staff:
Learning English is just one of the results you get from going to the Immersion Course. You achieve much more!
During the camp, we do not only got to improve our language, we got to know a lot of new people… so, we all made new friends through games, meals and a party; and that made us easier to express ourselves and to feel comfortable. English wasn’t a problem at all!
Counselors were very friendly as the whole group, and helped us in all the things we had to do: games, job interviews, evening preparation, a documentary that we had to make…; it was like a great long party. We had so much fun, we didn’t want to go to our homes! We were having, for many of us, the best camp ever.
Speaking only English turned to an easy challenge, and it’s the only rule the camp has; don’t break it, unless you want to make a meal (typical American meal were only able in the camp) for the counselors or to be “tickle-attacked”. We certainly can tell you that if you try it is simpler than saying “chubby bunny” with a lot of marshmallows in your mouth.
To sum up, if you want to do something different, have fun and at the same time learn new things, you should definitely take part in this course. You will eat food from other countries, apply for your first job and also find the actor or actress inside of you! You won’t get disappointed!
